Export charts
Charts in Aivia can be exported as images or as data. There are several chart options in the Charts tab of the Analysis Panel, but other kinds of charts can be shown and exported from the Annotations tool and Track Editor.

Export charts from the Analysis Panel
For charts displayed in the Charts tab of the Analysis Panel, the export options–which are found in the toolbar along the top of the Charts tab–are the following:

Export Chart to Diagram File | Save the displayed chart as a snapshot to an EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) or EMF (Enhanced Metafile) file | |
Copy Chart to Clipboard | Copy the displayed chart as a snapshot to the clipboard | |
Copy Chart Data to Clipboard | Copy the displayed chart as data for re-creating the chart in Excel |

Export charts from the Annotations tool
Line intensity profiles are plotted for line annotations made with the Annotations tool. Export options are provided above these charts and are as follows:

Export Track Editor display
A snapshot of tracks and lineages as they are displayed in the Track Editor can be copied to the clipboard with the Copy Track Editor Panel to Clipboard icon (see below). Lineage data can also be exported with the Export Data to Excel options.
