Export object masks
Object sets and groups can be exported to binary and labelled masks from their rows in the Object Set Settings panel. Object masks are exported to TIFF files with the same XYZT dimensions as the images from which they are exported.

Binary masks have intensities of 0 for all pixels/voxels not covered by objects and the maximum intensity for the specified bit-depth for all pixels/voxels that are covered by objects in the object group/set.
Labelled masks have pixel/voxel intensities that correspond to the objects in the object group/set that cover those pixels/voxels. Pixels/Voxels that are not covered by objects in the object group/set have intensities of 0.
The maximum number of unique labels for an object mask is equal to 2bit-depth of mask-1. For example, a 16-bit labelled object mask can have unique labels (pixel/voxel intensities) for up to 65,535 objects.
