System temporary folders | Windows provides several standard locations where space can be automatically reclaimed by the system. These are used by some Aivia operations to guard against failure of manual cleanup. The standard paths are tried in this order:
[source] | C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Temp |
Backup/Alternative to temporary writing directory for ImageJ executed operations such as import. | C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Temp\SVCell_ImageJ_Exchange | |
Batch Results | Directory where the output from the batch processor goes | Note below is by default but output folder is changeable in batch UI Pre V9.5: C:\Users\{username}\DeepLearningResults V9.5+: C:\Users\{username}\BatchApplyResults |
User application data folder | This is where most persisted and temporary session data should be located. It holds logs, settings, and the default location of folders for intermediate image data, both unsaved and temporarily reformatted (see Options > Advanced > Large data location). | C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Leica Microsystems\Aivia {version number} |
Installer Temp Folder | Temp location for uncompressed installation files while the installer is running. Folder and contents are removed upon proper completion of the installer. | C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Temp\Aivia |
