Hide Thumbnail Options

When you encounter an image set that is very large in size or have hundreds of images, it may take a while to load the file in Library Explorer. You can hide the thumbnails for faster loading of Library Explorer window. To do this

  1. Go to File -> Options → Advanced.

  2. Search for Hide thumbnails in Library Explorer.

  1. Click on Apply and Close Aivia.

  2. Open Aivia again and load the large image file again.

  3. This helps in loading the file faster. Each thumbnail can then be generated individually before importing to the main viewer.

Too Many Fields

When there are too many fields in the Library Explorer, CTRL + click helps in multi-selection of images. When a continuous set of images is to be imported, click on the first image, hold SHIFT button, and click on the last image, all the images in between the first and last images will be selected. This way you can multi-select and import images into the viewer quickly.

Double-click - Shortcut to import

Double-click on each image to import directly to the main viewer.
